Is it possibly just a bit too humid for the toads?

its not on a constent drip
and everything i put in there was taken from where i found him

i put only 8 oz od water in the system a day

i did that becase the old ferns i had died and it was becase they wernt getting the water they needed

Awesome, sounds like things are well under control exactly what type of toad is it, and how moist is the substrate? Great work, by the way! It's excellent to see yet another toad lover

Looks great! As Robin mentioned, you do not want to keep their substrate too damp, and a good humidity level is 60-70%. I find my toads do well around 65% humidity. They seem to be uncomfortable when the humidity level is in the 80s, so I would avoid the higher levels.

Again, great looking enclosure, and good luck with Bruce!

    thanks poly
like i said its only dripping once a day for a few mins then its off the rest of the day

its a lil more damp in there right now becase testing the line but its all ok it will dry
its only 8 oz ill be pooring in at a time and if its too damp ill be skiping a day so i got it all takin care of

as for humidity i think its some where between 50 and 70 the back of the hood behind the light is all open to ventalate the air some... sence he dont climb walls

also like ive said before i couldnt of gottin it that good for him if it wasnt for you guys so i really do thank you and all my friends do as well
