Default WFT opens sores on head> Please help!

okay guys, i recently got my new WTF's and i never saw the spots on its head. I got home and put it in the cage and i saw 3 spots on its head with pink in the middle( open sores). i put some neosporin(no pain relief) on its head. Is there anything i can do. My vet is off for the next month or 2 for something and i cant find another place to take him. He is also skinny but active and eating. he is nervous but eats and everything. what should i do.

Find another vet. Pink spots on the head could be sores from rubbing it head on the enclosure trying to find an escapde route. The thinness has me more concerned.

Well , i woke up and checked on the frogs, and they all seemed to be doing ok. the " dotted one" (i named him Jitters) was looking fatter( after eating about 7 cricketts). the other two were looking ok . And i named all of them. Jitters, Lime, and Lil'Lady.
