    I think you can feed them to your reptiles/frogs? It says here Freshly frozen quail chicks are used as a specialist food for cats on a natural raw meat diet. They are also used for raptors, reptiles and taxidermy

    I have been using frozen chicken chicks for my pyxie without a problem. Had to get day old quail chicks because regular chicken chicks are too big for the horned frogs.

    Update I'm loving these day old quail chicks, they're just the perfect size for pacmans, even younger specimens.


    Here's how the introduction feeding went:

    Redd the Ornate took down 4
    Bruce the young male pyxie 4
    Two-Face the brown pacman 0
    Brown/tan pacman 1
    Female pyxie 1
