Sick bullfrog?

my bullfrog stopped eating 2 days ago and today she had some kind of white film hanging off of her feet. she has been burrowing a lot lately and i dont know if she is trying to hibernate or if she is sick. She is in a 50 gal that is 30% land and 70% water. I had just moved her in to this new setup a few days before and she was acting fine until a couple of days ago. I would like to take pics but my camera is horrible. I think she is shedding but it seems to be taking a long time. Do they not eat while they are shedding? Sorry I am a noob. I have had her since she was a tadpole.

I wouldn't worry. If it still is happening two weeks from now, you should be concerned. I've had pets stop eating for a few weeks and then start again.
