    Hi Royce,
Absolutely ! Quarantine is a must.
Mostly, to protect your other frogs, as well as your new one.

I have quarantined my new red eyes ( each ) for at least 8 weeks.
I recently kept one ( an albino red eyed tree frog) in quarantine longer because he was small compared to the others he would be with.

If your new frog is on the smaller size, quarantine will also help monitor how much the frog is eating.

This is probably the most important thing you can do for your new frog, even if the new frog looks perfect!
Remember -A nice long quarantine will help all of them..

Keep the enclosure simple . A little 10 gallon enclosure will be just fine.

I'm sure there will be other responses.
