I just got the one female last week. No babies yet. But I am hopeful.
Hard to tell from pictures but leaning towards male on this one.
Time will tell, but I would have to agree with jimifrog that last picture makes me sway towards male, but its hard to say. How is his attitude? is he extremely agressive, never not hungry ? Hard indications because thats typical for most ABF, if you had multiple to compare would be easier.
Sadly this is my only African Bullfrog so I can't answer at best...but...there's an update!
This afternoon,while I was feeding him,he jumped out of his water box and did a sort of attempt to croak!
A low tone croak,barely udible...does it mean something ?

hey pal, your frog is a female. the head is too narrow and small compare to the body. if you search for a pic of a mile and compare it side by side you will know what i mean.
edit: best view to compare is from the top.
