I'd say more of a theory, seeing as it has not been verified that other species of amphibains exhibit this "clicking" behaviour.

Autumn, yes you could!!! Or, we could all start a movement on the forum investigating this theory..... Know any breeders that have a bunch of young frogs?

Yes, a collaborative experiment! That would be awesome!! I know a scientist who has a bunch of Wood froglets, but that's it lol. Anyone else?

Woodies will work great I'm sure you could do something like listen for "clicks" (or any other noise) and separate clickers from non-clickers, Autumn! I don't know anyone with froglets, myself, but I will certainly keep an eye (or ear) on mine! If the one that clicks turns out to be a male, that'll be so cool!!
