    I can't be sure. Red leg causes bloating/loss of appetite/lethargy/and listlesness. Is it swollen? Is this an albino Pac?

    Probably is. Red leg is a bacterial infection. It usually appears on the under sides of the inner thigh and is actually red due to burst blood vessels caused from the bacteria.
