Well it's now been nearly 2 full days of Tomato Frog ownershipand so far all seems good. Horacio as he/she is known, is about 2cm around and i'm guessing only a few months old (actually if anyone has any links to tomato frog growth charts, in particular d.guineti)
He did as expected once I placed him in the tank and pretty much staked the same spot out overnight, however the second night now and he has begun to explore his environment a little. I've offered him a wax worm and have some small locusts to try him on soon, just need to sort his mesh layer on the lid.
I hope to post some pics soon, and if anyone has any tips or experiences please share, I hope to have many years success with him.
His tank is at a temp gradient of 68-73/74 and i'm not using any UV at present, as he is in a well lit by daylight room.
