My Pac is currently on paper towels. This is just an idea for the future when he gets older.

There are plastic water dishes manufactured for larger animals like monitors and stuff that you could stick in the frog's eco-earth. It'd give him plenty of water-space but you wouldn't have to worry about doing a 50-50 setup. They're easy to just pick up and clean out.

I thought about using a car little pan or something like that.

I was wondering what a car litter pan was... Mine's water dish can be kind of slick when there's water in it, but I've never noticed him having trouble getting in and out. He's grown so much he pretty much fills up the whole thing. I'm moving this summer, so hopefully he can inherit my snake's 10 gallon when I move her into a 55 gallon long. Ha, it's funny, because he'll still just use his one little corner of dirt

I have large granite water dish for Grif made by Exo-Terra. Its really nice, but its slick when the water is in it. I'm going to take some sand paper to it and rough up the inside so she can grip the bottom better.
