Hey there guys, i'm hopefully acquiring my first lot of amphibians this sunday 2 Bombina Orientallis, and 1 D. guineti.
I've just completed my first attempts at their tanks, and in hindsight should have done a build log, but after seeing others here, not sure mine are up to standard to show I've posted a couple of pics of them now they're done though, and i'd love to see what people think- I've yet to add the water to the FBT tank, as I'm planning on regular water changes as opposed to using a filter, aiming to keep the water still based on information i've read about this species.
As for the Tomato frog, he is a juvinile, and as such I'm starting him in a simple but functional enclosure, and I'll be placing a suitably sized water dish in his enclosure, deep enough for him to soak, so about a coupl of centimetre deep-most probably an exo-terra rock dish.
I appologise for these pics, they we're taken in poor lighting and at night :P I'll post some clearer ones once i've picked the newbies up.
