    I've always been interested in these guys, but where do you find them? I've never seen one

    Here, contact the owner of this website, James, he sells "Flordia Cane Toads", but I'm sure he could find you a Surinam Cane Toad. He knows lots of people, and has a couple suppliers in the United states, so I think you may be in luck!

    they come through the states so if you contact a descent herp dealer they should be able to get you one, the only problem you have is the surinam shipments are limited, there are plenty in germany and they have bred them in captivity now
    so bit of home work and you will be sorted, be prepared there not cheap,

    I've seen a guy in Michigan at reptile shows in the midwest selling a few but he charges like $80 bucks a pop.

    i think they are seasonal. they were all over kingsnake.com a few months ago. try looking around there.
