That's pretty disappointing to hear about cb green TFs (or lack thereof...)
I wasn't able to find much on the care of H. gratiosa, but from their distribution, it seems that they may be sensitive to night time temperature drops. Do you think night temps of 60-65 F would be stressful for them? I also read that they can be quite noisey. Do you find them to be more noisey than other Hyla species?
I'm not in any hurry to bring anything home with me just yet. It'll probably be a few weeks until a proper home is ready...and with the Holidays coming up, my wallet's going to be hurting until next year anyway. This gives me plenty of time to fix up a home and find a reputable source.
