    hes looking good, I like the pattern on his side/back, the blueish tint pattern.


    Sound's like you need that dubia colony going so you can get off those lame crickets. Then he will really explode in size once he starts getting them dubia.

    Funny how light green he is is compared to junk. Maybe because junk burrow's so much?

    Yeah, I know right. Crickets drive me crazy compared to dubia. Some of the pigmentation varies between these frogs - some will be lighter and others will be darker. He spends a great deal of time soaking in his water dish so I'm sure some of the environmental factors plays a part in his lightening of the skin. Colors stand out more once they shed; could be since she spends so much time in the dirt. Thanks.

    When my girl was burrowing all the time she was a dark green, but when I put her in her the water setup she turned a really light green. I think it has something to do with their environment.

    Yeah; that's good to know. Now she's in an all water setup so you're probably only seeing one phase of colors. Aren't you upgrading the tank as well?
