Second largest frogs in the world right underneath the Rana Goliath so you tell me if they are big or not. Depends which pacman you are talking about - female ornates can reach 8-9".
CapoJames has a male ornate that's about a 8" I believe. Female pixies average out about the same size as a full grown cranwelli, just more body mass. Male pixies will definitely surpass the pacman species with the exception of a few female ornates that reach relatively the same size.
You'll find pixies to be a lot more voracious with food, something to think about before purchasing one. You'll be surprised at the quantities of food they can consume on a regular basis.
Picture might help. Could be a dwarf pyxie you are looking at. there colors are much more unique, and they don't grow as large.
Pyxies are a very unique frog!

sublime, where have you seen an ornate at 8-9 inches? they dont get larger than 6" and if it does it wont be much more. and cranwelli are even smaller. anything that comes close to a pixie would be a c. aurita (brazilian horn frog). but those arent being import.
