Default Update on Zoo Med Eco Earth with stone in it.

So instead of sending me just one brick. To replace the one that had stones in it. Zoo Med sent me 3 bricks and a a sample of Reptivite and a sample of New Improved Reptisafe water conditioner. Not too bad. Now I have 7 bricks because I've used 2. I guess I won't be needing substrate for a while Lol!

Thats cool that they did that for ya! Never had a problem with eco-earth containing anything weird, but glad to know that they rectify the problem in a nice way.

On a serious note what good are 100 bricks when your frog is dead. The real issue is what are they going to do to improve the problem.

I sent the photos of the rocks in an E-mail and they sent it to their head of quality. So hopefully they will fix this issue. I don't want to have another problem like this. Who knows how many bricks have stones/plastic/or twigs.

That's cool that they sent you some their miscellaneous supplies with 3 bricks.

That's nice of them, but I'm still not risking being the person who gets bricks with fire ants. Having a seizure for setting up a frog tank doesn't sound like my idea of a great time...
