Some adapt within a few hours and others take a week or two. As long as he she has something to eat you shouldn't worry yet. 90% humidity won't harm your frog ,but is too high. Humidity that high can cause the substrate to develope standing water underneath it which is bad as the standing water can become stagnant and make your frog ill if obsorbed. You probably have nothing to worry about though. Don't unbury him/her tonight to see if he/she emerges on his/her own. Unburying can cause more stress.
