African Sand Frogs?

Hi!

I'm wondering if any of the African Sand Frogs (Tomopterna) are availible in the pet trade?

And if I understand this right, this group was split from the Pyxicephalus? They look like small bullfrogs with different colors at least
If the exist in the hobby, do they require similar setups as the Bullfrogs?
