This is a great "safe" plant list , pics and various plant resources.
The plant list is interactive so you're able to see a photo of many of the plants.

Thank you!! Heading out shopping for viv materials with my son today, maybe this will come in handy right away!
Lori,
When I purchase new plants- I rinse the roots off really well , re-pot the plant in tropical soil ( coco fiber) in a new , clean plastic pot.
I leave them out of the enclosure for 2 weeks or more depending on the size of the plant. You don't want any any chemical etc introduced into the enclosure.

Very nice Lynn. This is great info since i'm a picture person. Love it.
Thanks George,
It's a reading day in NY - right!
It's pretty ***** out there!
Did you make the Hilton show?
I got there. I thought it was disappointing!
snakes, snakes, snakes
I am thinking about getting rid of a tank? Not quite sure - yet. It was my first tank? It's not suitable for tree frogs . Don't know if you are interested?
It is a large ZooMed w/ a screened top. ( 30-40 gal ?) Screening material is NOT metal. I modified the top - it now sets on top rather than slide in.
I would keep it if there were a way to convert it to a vertical. But, because of the way the top rim is designed , it really can not be done.
I divided the bottom 2/3 --1/3. I can't fine the darn thing on line. But I could just take a photo.
Let me know?
Lynn
