Teeny Tiny green bugs

I noticed last night that there are 5-10 of these tiny little bugs in my Pacman tank. It is a planted viv. But I have never seen bugs like this ones. They are TINY, green, and can fly. They look like little gnats, or baby fruit flies, except that they are more round and green. Maybe Aphids? No idea what to do, or how to get rid of them. Or if they would be fine just leaving them in there.

I have this Jurrasi-Mite stuff for my snake, but I figured that would be REALLY bad for Motto.... any thoughts? Leave them? Are there any bugs, or anything, I can put in that will eat the tiny ones, and then have Motto eat them?

Put a no pest strip around the cage. You can find them usually in lowes in the garden section.
