I feel the same way. I dint say anything when $30,000+ is spent on a tractor. What's a $50 frog? And I work. Ah well. I might get him this next week anyhow. If he's worried about it'll work an extra 2 hours to pay for him .

I rescued Loki. Luckily I already han another tank to make him/her a home. They aren't expensive. To keep and feed. Getting what you need when you first get them is kind of expensive and vet bills, nut those can be prevented by good husbandry.

I got the tank, lid, jacuzzi, plant, temp strip, & coco fiber already. Just need the little guy .

Point that out to him. Every time my husband is all "another pet?!" I point out that I already had the tanks/parts for said pet anyway, and that usually makes him feel better. Its amazing how many extra parts I have laying around here.

I cant save all the frogs out there. I would like to like all of you. Its a catch 22. The minute you save that frog ,a second later is another frog in its place. Thats why i get them from shows and not chain stores. As all of you know, we all have the issue with that other person telling us what to do. I heard that and this before dozen of times. Not another frog. Are you done. Just because you have more room now doesn't mean you getting more frogs. The problem is if I'm paying for it why not another frog. Its funny how we all alike. I'm not married and still i have people telling me what to do.lol. If i get married it better be a herpetologist in heart.

Lol!!!!!! I hear ya, George! You know, I'll probably get it anyway, as I'm sure you all suspect . Just trying to keep the peace at the moment. I was thinking once I finish my viv and both retf's are in the same home maybe one more tank won't be so bad .
