Buy a small 2.5 Gallon Kritter Keeper (Can be bought at most pet supply stores) and line the bottom with wet paper towles and damp moss (As mentioned by badkelpie).

This will keep their humidity relatively high.

Just feed them like normal, and they'll be fine.

I agree, keep them in a small Kritter Keeper. Have some de-chlorinated water on hand to. If you buy crickets before hand you could store them in the trunk. Pack away the ten gallon with a few fake rocks and plants. Then whenever you stop off at a house/hotel set up just a basic quickie habitat.
