    Looks to me like either a Southern Toad (Anaxyrus terrestris) or American toad (Bufo Americanus)

    I agree with Badger, but both species look very similar, and both species require the same type of care and setup, Good Luck!

    How do you enter pics in a comment?? I didn't see an option there.. Sorry I'm posting on this thread about that but I have some pics I need to put back onto my post earlier..

    use the "GO ADVANCED" box then scroll down to attachments. There you can upload your photos.

    Awe! He's cute! He's going to grow fast . I had a baby bufo once that we had caught in the spring at about 1 1/4" or so and by winter he was about 4" . He wasn't very fond of his heat lamp so we took it away and I let him hibernate. He'd burrow and come out once a month or two for a snack and a soak and would reburrow. He was very active the next spring . Enjoy!!!
