White's tree frog breeders in Raleigh area?

Son has earned his way to his pet. He was so excited when he reached his goal this evening that I thought he was going to faint dead away.

So anyway, we are going shopping for terrarium supplies this weekend. Meanwhile, I want to start trying to source the frogs. I'm assuming I could find some at Petsmart, and I know I can order them online, but my preference would be to buy from a local breeder. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any WTF breeders in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area? Or knows of how I can find one? I already checked Craigslist....

Also, a side question - how difficult is it to raise them up from froglets, for a first-time frog keeper? It seems like online at least there are baby frogs available but no older frogs. If I can only find tee-iny little babies, do we put those in the regular terrarium setup or do they need a special habitat for a while?
