    Very nice for bed timelol. To tell you the truth. i saw a pacman take a chunk and put it in his mouth and ate it. i dont like the stuff.

    For astivation coco fiber and top soil is good. When a frog astivates its when conditions are dry and cool. The sphagnum moss keeps it wet . Unless you stop spraying it.

    it will get dry and i read a breeding artcile and it said use it and its easy to clean keeps humidity i take my frogs put them in a sperate container to feed
