I just dump in a dozen or two medium sized crickets every week or so. I don't worry about them nibbling the toads (like they can do with lizards), because of the toxins. I have 2 toads.

I use a cricket keeper. I order the crickets online because the local pet store was very inconsistent with cricket size, sometimes they were too larger for my FBT's. Online you can order very specific sizes such as 1/4" 3/8" 1/2" etc. When I buy the small ones, occasionally a few may get out of the cricket keeper, so I leave it in the bathtub, (except when I'm showering of course) It works great, if one gets out they can't escape and they are easy to catch.
ideal as far as i'm concerned too. just remember to keep the tube(s), i only use one in mine, clean inside and especially the outer to prevent climbing. if you get a small coffee/jam/etc jar, you can measure out the right amount of your dusting powder into the jar then tap the crickets from the tube to easily dust the feeder food. then simply empty the contents into your critters abode.
I've been using a cricket keeper which I then place inside a larger cardboard box. I found that some of the tiny crickets were occasionally escaping through the ventilation holes in the cricket keeper, so the cardboard box prevents them from going far.
