Here is my new guy I've heard you can tell sex by the snout? Also he is eating wonderfully last night I tried the 15 minute rule and he gobbled down 3 waxworks and a nightcrawler! I was wondering the people I bought it from said its juvenile so do I feed everyday? Thanks! His name is Pebbles (:

Determining sex by the snout shape is not 100% sure, you may have to wait until he/she is about 7 to 8 months of age and start looking for Nuptual Pads or keep an ear open for calling....you'll know it of it calls, it's loud.
We offer all but the adults food on a daily basis. With the adults, we feed every 3 days unless a large food item was consumed prior to that........if we feed a fuzzy mouse, we wait 5 days to allow for digestion.

Yeah; I read if you want a fairly accurate pre-sex determining before they mature, then this works pretty well (Not 100%)... Males snout goes straight down like a smashed in front face (Boston terrier dogs will resemble this); females extend further out to a point on from their nostrils. From the picture, I would say male.

He's still a juvenile, the people you bought it from are right.
