Great looking frog! Kurt is correct it is a pickerel frog. The clue is the double row of squarish, dark blotches running down the back between the dorsal-lateral folds (these are the lighter lines running from the eye to the thigh). The northern leopard have irregular circular blotches lined in lighter coloration. Also the northern leopard frogs in Nebraska and Iowa have a whitish color in the tympanum (ear drum). These frogs are toxic and should not be kept with other animals.
