What are the temps and humidity? What are you offering for food? You may have to force feed your frog. If he has only eaten once in two weeks then he is probably very weak.
Also, in your picture the frog is on bark. Is that what you keep it on? Bark can cause impaction. That could be why your frog isn't eating. Coco fiber is much safer.
thx grif i remember u posted on 1 of my threads a few weeks ago but he still not eating but no this isnt the substrate im keeping him in i use coco fiber but temp is 75- 80idk the humidity i mist him twice a dsay though i am feeding him mealworms and crickets
Too many mealworms are bad for your frog. They can cause impaction due to the frog not being able to digest the shell of the worm properly. You need a hygrometer so you can measure humidity levels within the enclosure. How big is your frog and does he/she look as if he/she has lost weight? You are probably going to have to force feed your Pac. Do you use de-chlorinated water? I need details of all that you use and your frogs behavior?
I would give nightcrawlers a shot (in the US you can buy them at most big chain pet stores, big sporting goods stores, and places like walmart in the sporting goods department).

Try the night crawlers like john said. If that doesn't work you will have to force feed. This is stressful for your frog because you have to handle him/her and gently force the mouth open and place a food item in. It is best done with 2 people if possible because it is difficult to try and open the frogs mouth when he/she keeps turning away and backs up. You can lay some paper towels on the floor moistened with de-chlorinated water. If you have someones help it makes the task easier. Make sure before handling your frog you wash your hands thoroughly with a mild cleanser then rinse heavily. Then you need to rerinse your hands with de-chlorinated water and you're ready to handle your Pac. I say to placed the paper towels on the floor because you don't want the frog to get away and leep from a high surface like a table and be injured or killed. Use a credit card/shopper card/or plastic spoon to open your Pacs mouth. Have the food item in hand while opening the frogs mouth with the other hand and when the mouth opens place the food item in the frogs mouth and the frog will do the rest. This will take a few tries, but be pacient you'll get it. Always be gentle. Start with something easy to digest like a red wiggler or chunk of night crawler.
