Rufus is doing great!! Now Rosie has that black snout from glass rubbin' but she's doing better since I moved them into the new tank. At night when I turn the lights out and just have the night lights on, all I see is little white bellies pushed up against the front glass. They crack me up.

Ha ha! Silly little toads! Don't they just crack you up?

They seem really happy together .

Tank still does it too sometimes. He usually hits his jaw. I think bc of the way their facial structures are (pacs). He gets all puffed up and jumps back and forth. You have to kinda laugh. You'd think they'd recognize it's not a real frog. Funny! I put a piece of paper on his side wall for now until I can get a piece of background and moved his plant to the back to block some reflection.

    Anyway, your viv looks great!

Happy to say the head bangin' is to a minimum & no more blackened snouts. I don't know if it's the cork sheets or they've just gotten use to their abode. Plus when they shed I noticed cleaned snouts also. What ever the case, I'm just happy they appear to be ok.

Glad Rufus is better and congrats on your nice 40 breeder set-up. Is that cork liner self-sticking type? Asking because would like to use some in an aquatic environment and even if above water will probably get wet; so question is, if self-stick will it hold and is glue safe to frogs? Thank you!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Yes it's self sticking, just make sure it says non-toxic and not made in china (I don't trust anything coming from China). I don't know if it will hold up to a high humid area, but it works great in the toad tank.
