that's a hot tank, the eggs need about 90F to hatch. Females have laid eggs in my tank but it's at 80F most of the time, so the eggs just die. I finally was able to breed my crickets in a separate tank, so I don't have to go buy so many. they breed easy enough, but getting the eggs to hatch takes 90F and moist soil. It's difficult, I tried all summer only to get babies once the cold set in.
