I keep my temps at 78 and use a thermostat to monitor it. The trickiest part with baby RedEyes is making sure they are eating enough. Make sure there food source is no bigger than the width between his eyes, which usually means true pinhead crickets or the largest variety of fruit flies. Feed him as much as he wants to eat. You can order pinheads from cricket suppliers by the thousand for less than 20 bucks or you can pick them up at reptile shows. A good way that you can tell everything is going well is that you will see baby frog poops everywhere. If he's pooping ...he's eating enough. Also keep three sides of his tank blacked out to help him feel comfortable. If you can post a picture of his tank.

theres a blue dish in the back right, thats for crickets. theres two water dishes in the upper corners, and when i woke up i noticed him soaking in one.
i made sure the vines are low and touch the ground so he can get up on them, and the smart plant is awkwardly turned into the vines so he can get into it, but so far i havent seen him interested. right now he is standing in the dirt, and i hope by the time i have to leave for work he finds a cozy place to sleep so i wont worry about him all day! after work im going to pick up soe fruit flies and hopefully crickets - if they have them small enough. i kept the moss that he came home in on the floor of the tank, just so something is familiar to him.

- the tank is simple, i have other live plants and vines to put in there- but i didnt want to over-load load him with all this stuff while he is still so little. also, right now the temp is 75 (was at 71, just turned light on about 45 minutes ago), and humidity is 80.
