Here is a closeup of Mr. Green.

I would hate to see what kind of bite force he has.
That's cool that he perfectly fits inside that water cave. You said you had previous incidents with substrate which made you convert to all water. What were they?
I was using coconut fiber, but, somehow, Kermit got a piece of bark lodged and ended up prolapsing his intestines. Then, Bugsy ended up spitting up his stomach for similar reasons. Poor Bugsy was super bloated because of the food that he couldn't get rid of. He ended up spitting up a bunch of worms and bark. Later, he got rid of this big ball of hardened substrate. My first ABF, Kirby, kept getting eye infections every time he dug into the substrate. So, I went all water.
Wow, that's very weird... I feel bad for those poor little guys, but now they're happy that you converted. I would of done the same thing, luckily they're all doin' fine now.
I guess it doesnt pass as easily as we think. I am really considering going all water. Do you use a special filter or just a normal internal filter?
No, I just use the Tetra Whisper filters. Nothing special. I have small water heaters in each, as well.
I, actually, started Mr. Green out with substrate, but he never left the water, so I just converted his tank over, too.
What is the age difference between the 2 pixies in the video?
The smaller one is 10-12 months old. The bigger one is about 3 years old.
Nice pyxies.
Have you measured Mr. Green yet?
I measured him. He is right at 8 inches.
