I'm petsitting my roommate's tree frog while she's away this weekend. Her only instructions were to spray him a few times a day with a spray bottle, which I've been doing. However, this morning I noticed he has a small crack in his skin. I'm freaking out and can't seem to find anything that explains this on the internet. I called my vet, who referred me to another vet who deals with amphibians, and they basically told me keep spraying him and if it doesn't clear up by Monday to bring him in. They didn't seem too worried, but I am. He is currently sleeping and seems okay other than the crack.

Advice please?
