I think I might put an access area on each end.

Maybe something like this. Just playing around with the plants. Of course, I still have lots to do on the waterfall too.

Looks good...maybe put one of the bigger plants on the right side of the waterfall?

I think I'm going to GS foam the back wall and have a couple pathos hanging down and some branches. Stickers really loves her branches. I'm not sure yet. I have another plant I took out bc it's getting big but can use it if I like. I was also maybe thinking of getting one of these braided plants, like the larger one on the left of the picture. Not sure. Just a couple ideas.

Heather ,i really like the way you're going with this. Very creative. I love your false bottom.. How are you going to do your substrate layers.

I need to do a little more research.

I bought mesh netting for over the eggcrate. I think a layer of gravel , then coconut fiber substrate, then moss. I think I'm going to keep some of the plants in their pots. I'd like to plant some off of the back to cling and climb downward.

I'd like a blue background so I haven't quite decided how yet. Might do GS foam over styrofoam backing in case I want to remove it someday. I'm not sure how I'll incorporate that and have blue. May have to do some cut-out holes or grout it. So many options. I'll see how well the waterfall grouts first.

I think I need to get a heavier plant(s) for climbing. My babies love to be up in the trees .

I've just been playing around with the plants. Moving them until I like it. I think I need a bit of color yet.

Still lots to figure out. I'm just taking it one step at a time and am having fun doing it .

    Thanks!

I decided to use PVC elbow joints so any water could flow through to be siphoned when needed.

Well, they are all too big and if I cut it back it'll take a long time to bloom. Bummer. Got a philodendron instead. Nice large leaves. Hope it fits in the tank.

I hate when that happens. Do you need pothos? I may be able to get some for ya if you don't mind grabbing shipping
