The bloodworms in the nearby pet store are in short supply until four or five days later, so I do not have food to feed my ADFs during the period. Can my ADFs pass those days in safty without any food?
There are no other pet stores nearby?
They should be alright - just remember when you DO get food back, do not do a huge feeding! They will over eat and that can be quite harmful.

Thank you! So far I have only found the only pet store nearby, others may be a bit far. I catch a bad cold these days, so I cannot go to those far stores to buy bloodworms.
In fact, I also have Detra commercial frog food, but my ADFs didn't eat it completely, or even didn't see it.
I have not heard of Detra....can you try looking for one of the brands I mentioned? They are relatively cheap and are much more balanced for you frogs
Just keep your eye on them and remember to only give them a tiny feeding for the first day so that they do not over eat and make themselves sick. Unfortunately both ACF and ADF binge eat and can literally eat themselves to death

Oh, Sorry, it should be Tetra rather than Detra, my spell was wrong. I live in Amsterdam, the German brand Tetra seems to be the only commercial frog food in the pet store nearby. It costed me 5.9 euro! (just 36g), much more expensive than commercial fish food with the same weight and brand. Also in my homeland China, Tetra is apopular aquarium brand.
I will be careful when I get food back and just feed them tiny food. Thank you!![]()
Let us know what happens!
Good luck, man!
