The younger ones still have those markings. He will lose those as he gets older. Great looking frog

Yes its south African bull frog male. I got bit taking pictures of him today lol. I figure no blood no foul

Nice young male, colors on it are going to be great. I got bit twice by my little guy that is growing fast... He's bigger than yours (Around 4-4.5 svl), but it was when I was trying to take him out of his water bowl to set him in his feeding bin.

I made the mistake of not trying to grab him from the back and he bit my fingers twice, lol. Luckily he hasn't grown in his odontoids yet... It didn't hurt, just felt weird. Surprised how hungry he was to make a snack out of my fingers.
