    That's neat actually . Frogs will chirp for various reasons: change in humidity, temperature, or barometric pressure from the result of weather (i.e. rainstorms, snowfall, thunderstorms, etc...). Since you misted their tank, you increased the humidity level and thus stimulated their vocal activity. Most frogs will chirp as a result of a misting....my frogs do that sometimes. I don't believe that you stressed your frogs out either, so don't worry.

    And maybe you have a young male on your hands, a musical one too !
