Does she eat and poop normally? Kind of sounds like she had a calcium deficiency when she was a baby and it affected her into adulthood. Not sure but it very well could be possible.

Another possibility is a neurological defect, either due to natural mutations, chemical exposure, or environmental causes (excessive heat). Shine a light in each eye - do both pupils narrow? If not, she's probably got neurological damage.

Could be genetic due to too much inbreeding. Eventually the offspring would develope health issues just like in mammals.

Pac.......NO defective frogs should EVER be bred.
It's one thing to breed a frog that has an injury from breeding, but when you don't know the underlying cause, it just shouldn't be done. If it's genetic, you will be breeding a whole batch of defective tadpoles & froglets..........BAD business.
It sounds like the frogs you got were not well taken care of to begin with. The issues could be neurological or MBD or even Toxic Shock........Retire the ailing frog and start fresh. Get your frogs from a reliable source.
I know the shipping costs can be rough, but it is worth it in the end. Take my word for it. I will go through our stock again today and see if we can pick out a nice female albino for you to purchase. I will send you pictures via a PM.
