-Does anyone keep Pacmans Here, are they good pets?

They sit in the same spot all day and do nothing. You can't handle them, they often bury themselves completely and the only interaction you will have with them is feeding them and cleaning their terrarium. Decide for yourself.

-Are they hard to maintain?

No, one of the easiest frogs - keep them clean, substrate to bury in, keep them warm.

-Do they eat a really lot?

Youngsters should be fed every day or two as much as they will eat in a 15 minute sitting.

-Do they have to eat mice?

They will but don't feed mice regularly - they will help kill your frog due to dietary problems.

-Can their habitat be simpler than most people make it like for example this one looks really hard to maintain and make:

That is a waste on a horned frog. They need a small container with substrate and some moisture.

-Can it be just moss as a substrate?

No, they can ingest moss and this can cause intestinal problems and lead to the death of the frog.

-Do they need misting?

They need humidity - not a heck of a lot but they need it. I try to mist mine once a day so that at least some of the substrate is moist.
