Bufo, my male toad has been croaking around 4-7am! I don't want him waking anyone else up in the house, so I immediatly turn on the room light, and he then stops for the night. Will he start doing this more frequently, it's day 3 of this "croaking at night" dilemma, and it is getting worse:
First Night: Short Shrill Peep
Second Night: One full loud Croak
Thrid Night(this morning at 6:50am): Two full loud Croaks
Why is he doing this? Is it because of the female toad in his tank? Should I move her to her own tank? What about lighting, could that help? If I plugged a dim night-light in beside the tank, would that stop him from doing this!?
I really need some help here everyone!
Thanks,
~Royce
