XL African Bullfrog Weird & Unusual L@@K! | eBay seems to me its a taxidermy frog?

It says African bullfrog (that's how I came across it.) but it looks like a big woodhouse toad to me?


Not meaning to gross anyone out.... just thought it was... odd. haha.
