    Default Malochio fall colors 10/3/2011

While driving home today I noticed a tree with these nice colored leaves. I might try a shoot with Redd the Ornate later.

Great pics! I think I need to break down and buy a digital camera instead of using my cellphone camera. So jealous of the amazing quality pictures you always post.

These were taken outside on the balcony and it's daylight outside but with settings I used only the objects that are hit with flash will show up, the rest is just dark.

Very nice photos. Might I suggest using a dark colored container instead of the white one - it will look so much more natural. Awesome looking frog though - he's very healthy.

That's my thought as well but don't have one on hand nor sure where I can find one that will be shallow and wide enough.

My camera was expensive when first came out but I got mines used for $1200 almost two years ago.

I've been meaning to use my new Nikon D3100, but when I purchased it, I bought a 55-300mm and a 150-600mm Telephoto lenses (Over 2 grand just in lenses lol) as I use it primarily for long distance wildlife photography, and at a minimum shooting range of 20ft with my smallest lens, it makes photographing a frog quite daunting... lol

I'll have to pick up a macro lens...

lol lenses will take the biggest chunks out of your wallet for sure. I wanted to crossover to Nikon last year but couldn't get my camera stuff sold.

I might add the Tamron 90mm macro lens to my kit in the future, my Sigma 150mm is a bit long for most fish and frog rooms.

I would of gotten everything sold if I went with selling online but I like to do my transactions locally.

    Thanks for complimentary comment.

To be honest I have never printed out any of my animals photos before, even they are my main focus.
