LOL, I thought about buying my dream taranchula, a Mexican Redknee, and sneaking it past my dad at the expo the other day, but I definately decided not to. That would be the end of my animal career if he ever found out. I always tell them that if I got a Taranchula, they would never even know it was there! Only when I brought it up! I mean they don't eat that much and they can live in a kritter keeper for goodness sake! Oh well LOL.

Speaking of feeding the little guy well...it has been awhile since I have had a (baby) Pacman Frog. How many medium (1/2"-3/4") crickets do you reckon I should be feeding it a day? I hear that they will stop eating when they need to, and the 15 minute rule, but this guy hopelessly devours anything that moves, and it is amazing watching those medium crickets all get sucked up into a quater-sized black hole. I don't want to have to worry about impaction from the crickets and substrate. What do y'all think?

I got 2 videos uploaded on my Channel tonight, but unfortunately I was way behind on uploads, so I didn't get to my Pacman Frog videos. I thought I'd have time to do those, but the wi-fi was too slow. I really wish you guys could see this little guy in action.

Great pics, hard to believe he is so small!

Coco fibre should be fine in my opinion when hunting crickets, it's great he has such a good appetite.

Hehe, the little guy gave me a scare earlier. He disappeared on me LOL. I only have an inch of cocofiber (more to come later), and he disappeared in that little amount of substrate. I checked under the kritter keeper (which is clear), and I couldn't even see him under there. So I was about to lift his water dish to make sure he didn't get squashed under there when I suddenly saw two small pieces of suspicious looking pieces of cocofiber. I didn't realize the albinos could be camoflodged LOL. I put the lid back on without disturbing him any more.

Last night I turned the lights off earlier than usual and he came out of the substrate just like I thought he would. All is well.

I know the videos were kind of fuzzy and boring (but we are Pacman Frog owners, we've all been there ), but no comments on the first videos?
