White's, Green and Red Eyed... what's the difference?

What do you mean "what's the difference"? I'm not sure what you're asking for, but they're different species of frogs. The three of them are not even the same genus. They all live in different places of the world and have different needs in terms of terrarium. The only thing they have in common is that they're tree frogs, the family Hylidae. Basically it's like asking what's the difference between 3 different species of dogs, I guess. Could you elaborate a little more in what you want to know?

Red eyed tree frog - Agalychnis callidryas
American green tree frog - Hyla cinerea
White's tree frog - Litoria caerulea

I was mainly talking about cage requirements, are the all nocturnal, and life expectancy, a lot of pet stores don't carry that, the ones down here have them listed as all related which brought the question to mind.
