Default Why are my dwarf frog not sinking?

Hi I mite b being a little dumb and I know that they do barble but my dwarf frogs never used 2 float and I have owned them for a few mnths now. They seem 2 just want 2 b out if tge water all of the time even 2 the point of making themselves stick 2 the top of the tank roof so they are completely out of the water.
They have both just shed so I'm guessing that they have been very healthy and they have been hand feed n eating well until this point where because they dnt seem 2 b able 2 sink they won't eat? I have changed nothing in the tank and other than shedding they look healthy and nothing abnormal with their body's.
Pls can some1 help or just settle my mind n that it's just normal behaviour I have read a lot about these frogs b4 buying them and they r part of the family now so dnt wanna loose them
I can find any info on this though even reading as many sites as I can!
    Pls, pls help me
    Nikki

I fear it may be a water quality problem - -

Do you know the readings for the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Have you changed the filter media lately? - that could cause it to uncycle
