    In most parts of the Netherlands there's no need to make your tapwater chlorine-free, because the concentration is allready very low. I live in the south and the tapwater is just fine for our frogs, toads, newts and salamanders. I don't know if that goes for the water in Amsterdam as well, but maybe you can check. Would make things a lot easier.
