I was wondering what can i do if i can't afford a humidifier i have a spray bottle that i use but can i just put a water bowl in the tank with the tree frog and have a air tank blowing bubbles in it? will that put enough water in the air?

Humidity-wise, probably not. Just mist them down once per day - you could probably do it once every 2 days if you restrict the ventilation a bit to keep the humidity up.
