I understand there is one of these frogs that is harder to keep than others, is this right, if so, which one is it??
I am thinking i will get a green one, (Ceratophrys cranwelli) will this be ok for a complete bigginer, i did keep 2 european green toads, but some time ago.
I have found a place to get it from, they are tiny, about 2cm, just under 1 inch long, seems very small but will this be good??
My tank is 20inches X 12 X 12, is this size ok as a starter tank??

Thanks for any help.

First of all welcome to the forum if you're a first time user. A Pacman that small isn't usually a recommended buy for a beginner. If you're going to buy a baby Pacman buy one that is the size of a half dollar or just a bit smaller but larger than a quarter. It isn't impossible for a beginner to successfully raise a baby Pac that small to an adult though. A baby that small will need a smaller enclosure than the tank you have until the frog becomes larger. House it in a small critter keeper or a 5 gallon tank until it out grows the enclosure. There is a care article for Pacmans on this forum that will provide good info for you. Any in depth questions you need answering don't hessitate to post the question and someone on here will gladly be of help to you.
