I was looking around and someone mentioned housing blue eyed whites on the Internet is this a real thing?
I haven't heard about a blue eyed White's. However, there are blue phased White's. Perhaps this is what you ran in to?

I saw that too. the pic of the frog they used was bad and you cant really see the blue. It was more on the white side.
What are blue phases? Is it temporary like a Literal phase? And are their albino whites?
Let me google that for you
As far as I know (and what google kindly told me), all animals can suffer from albinism. And are their albino whites?
Albinism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
KISA has a blue eyed Whites Tree frog.
There's a guy in San Diego who breeds them. I think his name is Felipe or something like that. Kisa use to have two but lost one a few months back...but she still has one left. She has pictures of them in her photo album although it is hard to see the blue eyes in her pictures, but you can get the idea.
